TERMS AND CONDITIONPT Trimitra Lestari Tours & Travel has been cooperated with most hotels, Spa's industries, adventure tours, M.I.C.E operators , Dive Centers, other tour operators, trading companies, transportation companies and still many other elements in Bali that support us for years to provide you a better and huger range of services. PAYMENT METHODFor any reservation, full payment should be made in advance, prior to arrival. For Low Season period at least 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, 14 (fourteen) days for High Season period and 30 (thirty) days for Peak Season period. For credit card payment, we request copy both side of your Credit Cards, Copy Passport Photo Page, and must fill our Credit Card Authorization Form. Those paper works must send by fax to: +62-361-758987 or email to: info@lestaritour.com  Bank transfer only for payment amount of USD2000 or more. PLEASE NOTE: All of our quotation base on US dollar. However, for credit card payment, we have to convert to Indonesian Rupiah currency since Card Center in Indonesia could be charged in local currency only. We would give the best rate for you. However, we do not responsible for any currency gap that sometimes occur caused by different exchange rates from credit card issuer. CANCELLATION FEECancellation fee charged by hotel, provider or supplier with whom the reservation, agreement or deal had been made. If such condition happened these amount will be charge to the clients. For hotel and villa usually one night cancellation fee will be charged, if there is a cancellation within 3 Days prior to arrival in a Low Season Period and 14 Days in a High Season Period and 30 Days in Peak Season Period. Non refundable for 'NO SHOW' cases. For other type of reservation such as Spa packages, transport packages, tours packages the terms might be vary, but we would mention it within our agreement or invoice.
