The Gym - featuring state-of-the-art equipment including a complete Nautilus circuit, Star Track Treadmills, Star Step stairs climbers, Star Bikes and a complete line of free weights. Let our professional instructor work with you, or if you prefer, provide you with a full Fitness Assessment. The Gym and all sports facilities are open daily from 06:00 am to 10:00 pm. Use of the exercise room, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and swimming pool are free to registered guests.
