ACCOMMODATION

The Viceroy Villa
The Viceroy Villa features two very large bedrooms set either side of a huge open sitting room. All rooms open onto a large infinity-edge swimming pool set in a lush tropical garden which overlooks a dramatic view of a forested ravine and a rushing river. Each of the large bedrooms in this stunning suite has its own private sitting room with full service satellite television. In each, the beds can be configured either as two large singles or one king size double. 24 hour dedicated butler service is provided as is a private bar area with refrigerator. The bedrooms are completely private from each other and would well suit two couples. If desired, one of the bedrooms can quickly be reconfigured as a business suite or formal dining room to suit your specific needs. Lovely differences do exist between the two bedrooms in this suite however, mainly in the layout of their separate baths. The first bedroom's bathroom is vast and features a waterfall covering one entire curved wall behind the large bath. It has a completely separated high pressure shower area and enclosed toilet for privacy. The second bedroom's bathroom is open and integrated with the room. It is finished in an exquisite light marble and features a large bath and separate high pressure shower.

Vice Regal I
The Vice Regal I villa features an outdoor sitting room looking over a private garden swimming pool and dramatic views of the Lembah River Gorge. With it's large bedroom sitting room and huge integrated designer bathroom, the Vice Regal Villa I offers guests the space and privacy they require, and the elegance and refinement they expect. Vice Regal II
The Vice Regal II villa features a vast bedroom/sitting room leading to a private garden swimming pool overlooking dramatic views across the Lembah river gorge to forested hillsides and terraced paddy fields. Garden Villas
The Garden villas offer a truly new and unique design concept with a vast bedroom and sitting room opening onto an open garden bathroom which blends with an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and lush tropical gardens. For a couple requiring space, yet privacy and seclusion, the Garden Villas provide a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of everyday life whilst still being within a few minutes drive of the excitement of Ubud's artist community.

Terrace Villas
The Terrace villas feature a 'Bale Belong' pavilion perched dramatically over the swimming pool and river gorge, providing a dramatic yet romantic hideaway for couples to enjoy a private meal or a drink. The vast bedroom and sitting room opens onto a feature bathroom with a designer bath and separate high pressure shower. The Terrace Villas can be connected internally to make a huge private two bedroom villa for families or groups of friends.
