The Grand Ballroom is the ideal venue in which to hold themed parties, large meetings, gala dinners and wedding receptions. This superb and elaborate Balinese-style room offers all the modern facilities needed for high-quality presentations and features a large stage complete with audio-visual equipment.
The Ballroom can be divided into three separate function rooms to hold smaller events. Grand Hyatt Bali's state-of-the-art meeting facilities are supported by Hyatt's fully equipped Business Centre, which provides daily use of private office facilities and professional secretarial services. Personal computer, facsimile, telex and photocopying services are available along with translation, typing and transcription by the resort's qualified multilingual staff.

The choice of venues ranges from the elegance of the Grand Ballroom, which seats up to 540 people, to five elaborate restaurants, which reflect their own individual style and ambience. Table settings and room decor are designed to reflect the individual aim and theme of your party. Innovative and creative theme parties can be tailor-made to your requirements, and our professional banqueting team can also create other theme events besides the ones listed here.
With five hotel restaurants to choose from, Grand Hyatt Bali offers a wide range of international cuisine including Balinese dishes at Pasar Senggol, the Balinese night market, and at the Watercourt, poolside Italian dining at Salsa Verde, genuine international specialities from the best of Asia and Europe's myriad of cuisine at the Garden Café, and Nampu, the hotel's Japanese restaurant.

At Salsa Verde, a poolside Italian restaurant overlooking the pristine Indian Ocean, guests may savour a lively selection of antipasti, pizzas and seafood in a sunny and casual setting.
Salsa Bar
This is where you go when your soul needs a panoramic view of beautiful Bali, morning, noon or night. Twilight, the stars, the moon... Salsa Bar offers illuminated views of the Indian Ocean under an equatorial night sky. Situated above Salsa Verde, the Italian restaurant, guests can enjoy the vantage outlook of the neighbouring islands, or watch members of the community troop by to make offerings or ask for blessings at the temple on the resort grounds. Or perhaps view the nightly parade into Pasar Sanggol of exotically costumed dancers and drummers from the adjacent villages while sipping cocktails at the popular rooftop bar. The Salsa Bar is available for cocktail parties of up to 150 people. Located on the rooftop of Salsa Verde. Seating capacity - 75.
Pasar Senggol
If you don't have a chance to visit the nearby towns and villages of Bali, rejoice! You can at least experience one of its most colourful and time-honoured daily events - the outdoor market. Bali's myriad of activities collide in wonderful ways at Pasar Senggol. This is Grand Hyatt Bali's popular and authentic traditional night market where the island's people, arts, crafts and culture are brought together in a spectacular garden setting beneath the tropical night sky. Guests enjoy wandering amongst the host of stalls that offer Bali's most favourite savoury dishes and watching artisans create woodcarvings, ikat weavings, paintings and traditional puppets for which this extraordinary island is rightly renowned. In keeping with the resort's international marketplace, Italian, Indonesian, seafood and grill dishes are also available. Guests can also catch Bali's most famous dances (performed by residents of the adjacent communities). Each evening, authentic dance performances offer a glimpse of Bali's vividly colourful life, from the famous 'monkey dance' to the legendary Ramayana ballet and delicate Legong, all accompanied by Bali's world-renowned bamboo and pipe orchestras.
