*. Each Individual Suite has one bedroom except the Royal Suite which features two bedrooms.
**. Each Residence features a swimming pool with sun-decks, a living and dining pavilion and study room. This room may also be configured as an additional bedroom upon request. Utilization as a bedroom shall incur a charge of US$280 per night and is only applicable when the residence is booked as a whole.
***. Each Villa has its own swimming pool, jacuzzi, spacious living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
****.Each Retreat Villa has one king bedroom, double treatment room, dressing room, steam shower, outdoor shower, lounge, outdoor deck, and 11 metre lap pool with Jacuzzi jet.
*****. Each Garden Villa has two bedrooms: one master bedroom with dressing room, steam shower and outdoor shower; and one guest bedroom on the lower level with its own terrace. There is a living/dining room, outdoor deck and 12 metre long lap pool with Jacuzzi jet.
