Along with the above operators, we also correspond with trading and transportation companies in Bali, who have been supporting us for years to provide our guests a better and bigger range of services.
TERMS AND CONDITION
Our reservation system requires manual confirmation for accurate and precise reservation. Once you click on the “SUBMIT” button in our RESERVATION form, confirmation form will be sent to you, usually at no more than 24 hours. The ideal time to submit your reservation is during our office hour - 9 am to 4 pm local time /GMT+ 8. Alternatively, your reservation can be faxed to: +62-361-758987.
All rates are based on FIT rates. If you require rates for large group or company MICE, feel free to contact us by email (info@lestaritour.com). Rates are negotiable if series of booking have been made through us. And please do not hesitate to contact us for any other tour packages that you may need.
Please note that rates offered on our webpages (requires LOG-IN) are ONLY for travel agents whose destination market is Indonesia. All rates are confidential, our wholesaler/agents are NOT permitted to disclose the given rates to any other parties without the permission from Lestari Tour. Username and password, which have been assigned to our wholesaler / agents are to be used ONLY by the authorized person. Lestari Tour is able to verify and check on this. Lestari Tour has the rights to terminate any contract with supplier or any travel agents that do not cooperate well.
NOTE: One-way airport transfer is compulsory for any hotel reservation.

Sanur & Nusa Dua Area USD15/car/one way airport transfer (max. 6 pax/car)
Ubud & Tabanan Area USD20car/one way airport transfer (max. 6 pax/car)
Lovina & Candidasa Area USD35/car/one way airport transfer (max. 6 pax/car)

The above rates are inclusive of:
English-speaking tour guide to assist your clients during check in.
(Tour guide with other language capability are available upon request, additional charge may apply depending on the language spoken)
PAYMENT METHOD
Full payment should be made in advance, prior to arrival.
For Low Season period, payment should be made at least 7 (seven) days prior to arrival.
For High Season period, payment should be made at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival.
For High Season period and Peak Season period, payment should be made at least 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival.
Requirement for credit card payment are as follow:
• Copy of both side of your Credit Cards
• Copy of passport - the Passport Photo Page
• Credit Card Authorization Form

If you wish to use the same credit card for your next / continuing reservations, please provide us with a copy of both sides of your credit card and ID. You will only need to fill the authorization form for your next payment.

PLEASE NOTE:
All quotations are based in US dollar.
For credit card payment, payment will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah due to regulation of the Card Centre in Indonesia, that is for credit card charges to be converted into local currency only. We will offer our best rate. However, please note that currency gap may occur for the reason that different exchange rate applies by credit card issuer.
CANCELLATION FEE
Cancellation fee is charged by hotel, provider or supplier with whom the reservation or agreement had been made. If such condition occurs, the cancellation fee will be charged to the clients. Generally for hotel and villa, one night cancellation fee will apply when there is cancellation within 3 Days prior to arrival in a Low Season Period; 14 Days in a High Season Period; and 30 Days in Peak Season Period. Non refundable in the case of 'NO-SHOW'. For other type of reservation such as Spa, transport and tours packages, the terms vary. Cancellation policy will be stated in our agreement or invoice. If no such statement, please do not hesitate to inquire further.
